Planning for high school....the stress involved

It is early on Wednesday morning and I am blogging now since I didn't do it last night.  Bek starts high school in about 2 weeks and she is so excited.  We think she is more than capable but worry about the stress of school work, seminary in the morning, and extra-curricular activities.

With the change in medicine this summer, she is doing soooo much better! The difference (when the temperatures are not in the 90's) is amazing but will it continue when the daily grind begins?

There is no way to know.  The problem with being one of the few parents with a teen or child with fibromyalgia is just this: there is NO information.  Yes, everyone handles fibro differently but at least with adults there is information available.  All we can do is apply that same information to teens and hope it applies.  That is so frustrating for me.

As a parent, watching my darling daughter struggle with this is so hard.  But her faith and strength are amazing.

Today is busy and we shall see how it goes. The temperature is still supposed to be in the upper 80's.
